REFUNDS

We understand that plans change, and if that happens we try to help when we can. If your plans change you can request a cancellation/refund for online orders up to 24 hours after you FIRST PLACED your order. After the 24-hour time period we are happy to offer a store credit for future use.

For Grazing Tables your 20% deposit guarantees your date and will not be refunded after seven days. Once you have paid the remaining balance IN FULL we consider your event confirmed and will not be able to offer a refund. Once we have confirmed your event with a full payment we have blocked that date in our calendar for other events and will very likely turn other events down as a result. We give our very best to every exclusive event we book, and pride ourselves on being the premiere grazing company in Davis and Salt Lake County, so we never overbook.
